The project primarily targets gender balanced youth aged 15-35 years segmented into:

• In-school and out of school youth
• Literate and illiterate youth
• Young Persons Living with Disability

• Kwapim North, Suhum and New Juabeng Municipality –Eastern Region
• Agona West and Cape coast Metropolitan –Central Region
• Ahanta-West and Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly –Western Region
